# General Availability

> The evidence-based GA release gate covering treasury, SDKs, SLOs, security, load/failover, versioning, and broker/CSD reconciliation.

General availability removes the controlled-pilot enrollment cap only after the MyStocks GA gate returns `READY`. Time in pilot or a successful sandbox integration does not override an incomplete control.

## Required evidence

| Control | GA requirement |
| --- | --- |
| Treasury | A statement current within 36 hours, at least 98% of imported entries matched automatically, and no unmatched entry older than 24 hours. Exact reference matches may be automated; ambiguous matches require treasury review. |
| Python SDK | Tested and buildable signed 1.x wheel/source release. |
| SLOs | Public availability, latency, incident-response, and error-budget policy. |
| Security | Independent review, report SHA-256, zero unresolved critical or high findings, and evidence not older than 12 months. |
| Load/failover | Signed evidence not older than 90 days from a test that exercised failover: p95 at most 1 second, error rate at most 0.1%, failover RTO at most 60 seconds. |
| Versioning | Published compatibility, lifecycle, notice, sunset, and retirement policy. |
| Broker/CSD | External cash and position statement reconciles to the beneficial-owner and custody ledgers with `BALANCED` status within 36 hours. |

The GA gate is intentionally incapable of self-approving independent security or production load/failover evidence. MyStocks operations records the external evidence and the gate independently evaluates the thresholds.

## Operational behavior

Automated treasury matching never credits or debits a wallet. It links imported bank entries to pending top-up or payout requests; exact reference matches are high-confidence, while amount-only candidates remain manual-review items.

Broker/CSD reconciliation imports a dated external statement and compares both instrument units and cash against MyStocks ledgers. `EXCEPTIONS` and `INCOMPLETE` block GA and production mutation resumption where configured.
