2. Segregated Funds & Custody
Your investments are held through omnibus nominee accounts with licensed custodians or brokers. Funds and securities are kept separate from Mystocks’ operational accounts.
Our sub-ledger records your whole-share beneficial interests. Fractional positions are contractual entitlements against the pooled holding, not ownership of separately identifiable shares.
