Submit a Privacy Request

Ask to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, object, opt out, appeal, or request human review. We will verify identity before disclosing or changing account information.

Do not include passwords, full bank details, identity-document numbers, or copies of identification.

What happens next

We assign the request to the appropriate MyStocks entity and jurisdiction, confirm what is required, and respond within the legally applicable period. Financial, AML, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal-hold obligations may limit deletion. We will explain any refusal and available appeal or complaint route.
