1. COMPANY AND REGULATORY STATUS
The Platform is operated by MyStocks Technologies (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates (“Mystocks Inc,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a financial technology company headquartered in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.
1.1 Regulatory Representation
MyStocks Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a Juristic Representative of TanFox (Pty) Ltd, an Authorised Financial Services Provider regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA FSP No. 52040).
All regulated financial services provided through the Platform are rendered under the license, authority, and supervision of TanFox (Pty) Ltd, where applicable.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Mystocks provides a digital infrastructure platform enabling users to:
- Access institutional market information
- Submit digital investment instructions
- Interface with licensed brokers and custodians across African capital markets
