Dangote publishes 14 September–13 October IPO offer window
The issuer’s published subscription timetable is separate from the date shares begin exchange trading.

The issuer publishes an offer window of 14 September–13 October 2026, at ₦525 per share with a minimum of 10 shares (₦5,250 before fees). The exchange listing date is a separate milestone. At our 13 September review the issuer still described the prospectus as forthcoming.
The offer concerns Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE. At the source review, the website’s update section said subscriptions were not yet open. A published calendar window does not confirm that every receiving channel is accepting applications or that a bank transfer will arrive before a channel’s cut-off.
Investors should check the issuer’s current documents and the instructions on their chosen channel before funding. A MyStocks reservation, a submitted application and a final allotment remain separate stages. Keep references and check the actual allocation result.
The new published timetable supersedes the dates-to-be-confirmed status in the MyStocks 9 September source review. Earlier articles and research retain their publication context; they should not be used as current deadlines.
