The company is currently upgrading its feed mill to a 5-ton hourly capacity and plans to introduce oil and vegetable processing plants by 2026. Driven by a long-term expansion strategy, Zichis Agro aims to scale its oil palm operations to 1,000 hectares by 2030 to meet growing food security needs.
